After winning a bet at Jayabji, how quickly your winnings are credited depends on the type of event:

• Pre-match Bets: Once the match ends and the result is confirmed, winnings are generally credited to your balance within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Live Bets: In most cases, bets are settled instantly as soon as the event ends.
• Special circumstances: If a match is cancelled, postponed, or the result is disputed, approval may take up to 24 hours.

If more than 30 minutes have passed since the event ended and your balance still hasn't updated, check your bet status under "Betting History". If it shows "Settled" but the funds haven't arrived, send a screenshot to Live Chat — issues are usually resolved within 1 hour.

There are two ways to update your profile information on Jayabji:

General information (address, email, preferred language, etc.): Log in and click the profile icon → go to "My Profile" or "Account Settings" → edit your details and save. You can do this on your own.

Changing your mobile number: Changing your phone number is a different process — for security reasons, you'll need to contact support directly. Your old number will be used for OTP verification, and your NID will need to be matched. The process typically takes 24–48 hours to complete.

Changing your name or date of birth: Once your KYC is verified, this information cannot be changed — as it is tied to your identity. If you entered incorrect details, contact us at support@jayabji.click with your correct NID.

Jayabji offers support through three channels — all available in Bengali:

• Live Chat (fastest): Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the website. Even during busy periods, an agent is usually connected within 5 minutes. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Email (for detailed issues): Email us at support@jayabji.click. We aim to respond within 24 hours, though it may take a little longer on weekends. Email is also the best channel for sending screenshots or documents.
• App Notifications / Ticket System: While logged in, you can open a ticket from the "Help" or "Support Ticket" section — keeping the full history of your issue in one place.

For urgent issues — such as a failed deposit or a locked account — contact us via live chat, as it's the fastest option. If you email us, be sure to include a screenshot of the issue and the mobile number linked to your account.

Withdrawal steps:

• Log in → go to the "Cashier" or "Withdrawal" section.
• Choose your payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer).
• Enter the amount — minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• An OTP will be sent to your mobile — use it to confirm the change.

Processing time:

Say you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 150% bonus of ৳1,500. If the wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount, the calculation works out to: ৳1,500 × 30 = ৳45,000 in total bets required.
